This Privacy Policy explains how FUNTEK CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the YoloReel mini app (the “App”), a micro-drama streaming experience that runs inside the TikTok app. By using YoloReel, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information from your TikTok account. YoloReel runs inside TikTok and uses TikTok login. When you authorize the App, we may receive a limited set of profile information from TikTok, such as your open ID (a unique identifier), nickname, and avatar. We receive this only after you grant permission.

b) Information you generate by using the App.

• Viewing activity — dramas and episodes you watch, watch progress, and “continue watching” history.
• Favorites & lists — series you save or follow.
• Unlock & entitlement records — which episodes you have unlocked, and your VIP/subscription status.
• Search activity — search terms and interactions used to return results.

c) Purchase and transaction information. When you buy Beans, unlock content, or subscribe to VIP, payments are processed by TikTok / ByteDance and the applicable payment provider. We receive transaction confirmations and entitlement records (e.g., order status, subscription status), but we do not collect or store your full payment card details.

d) Device and technical information. We (and the platform) may process basic technical data needed to run the App, such as device/app type, language, approximate region, and diagnostic or performance logs.

e) Local storage. Some preferences and data (such as favorites, history, unlock records, and a cached user profile) may be stored locally on your device to make the App work and to remember your progress.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• provide and operate the App (play videos, track progress, sync your library);
• process purchases, unlocks, and subscriptions, and deliver the content you are entitled to;
• personalize recommendations, rankings, and search results;
• maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• diagnose problems, improve features, and understand aggregate usage; and
• comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With TikTok / ByteDance, as the platform that hosts the App, handles login, and processes payments. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, content delivery, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• For legal reasons, where required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Advertising

YoloReel does not use in-app advertising and does not share your data with third-party advertising networks for ad targeting.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and your account, to maintain entitlement and purchase records, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can clear locally stored data by clearing the App’s data within TikTok or on your device.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• manage or revoke the App’s authorization through your TikTok settings;
• manage or cancel subscriptions through TikTok / the payment provider; and
• contact us to exercise your rights (see Section 11).

We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

YoloReel is not directed to children under the age required to use TikTok in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including by TikTok / ByteDance and our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
