These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YoloReel mini app (the “App”, “Service”), a micro-drama (short video) streaming experience that runs inside the TikTok app. The App is operated by FUNTEK CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By opening or using YoloReel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
YoloReel lets you discover, browse and watch short vertical dramas. We offer a selection of episodes for free, while other episodes or content may require payment or a subscription to unlock. We may add, change, or remove content, features, or titles at any time.
You must be at least the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country, and old enough to form a binding contract. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
YoloReel runs inside TikTok and uses TikTok’s login. When you authorize the App, we may receive certain information from your TikTok account (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your device and TikTok login secure.
Except where required by applicable law or by the rules of the platform/payment provider, purchases of digital content, virtual items, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to TikTok’s and the relevant payment provider’s policies.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
The App and all content, including videos, artwork, text, logos, the “YoloReel” name and the app icon, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described above.
The App operates within TikTok and relies on TikTok’s services and APIs for login, payments, and delivery. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of TikTok or other third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any unlocked content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you. The courts of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
